- Contract Basis: These appointments will be purely on a contract basis as per the Contract Policy 2006 of the Government of AJ&K. The initial contract period will be three years, which may be extendable as specified by the Government subsequently.
- Merit-Based Selection: All vacancies will be filled purely on a merit basis.
- Termination Clause: The appointment during the contract period may be terminated on 30 days’ prior notice from either side or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
- Age Limit: The age of the candidates should not exceed 60 years. However, in the case of reappointment, the upper age limit is 63 years.
- Interview and Travel Allowance: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be admissible.
- Document Submission: Candidates should submit the application along with all required documents within 15 working days after the advertisement. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Applications submitted without an Eligibility Certificate will not be considered.
