Job Vacancies at SECP, Islamabad
SECP is looking for talented individuals to fill the position of Assistant Director. This position offers a regular basis employment opportunity for individuals who possess the required qualifications, integrity, and exceptional analytical skills. As an Assistant Director, you will contribute to the regulation of the capital market and corporate sector, ensuring compliance and facilitating the growth of Pakistan’s financial landscape.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Assistant Director position, you must meet the following educational requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent 16-years education) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Commerce, Economics, Insurance, Law, or IT and Data Analytics.
- The degree should be from a reputable local or foreign university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Professional certifications such as CA/ACCA/CMA are also acceptable.
Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of three (03) years of post-qualification experience. For those who have completed CA Articleship, it will be considered as part of the required experience for the Assistant Director position.
Age Limit
The maximum age for applicants should not exceed 35 years on the last date of submission of applications. However, candidates who have at least 3 years’ experience working with a regulator will be given an age relaxation of 5 years.
Note: Special/Differently abled persons with a disability certificate from the relevant Federal or Provincial Authority are eligible to apply for the mentioned positions. The Council on Rights of Persons with Disabilities has a Medical Assessment Board that provides “disability certificates” to eligible individuals on a fortnightly basis.
