Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a degree in business management from an HEC recognized/accredited university. A minimum of twenty years of professional experience in corporate entities, with at least five years in the energy sector, is required. Private sector candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a senior management position, while public sector candidates should have three years of experience at grade 20 or above positions. The maximum age limit for applicants is 58 years.
The selected candidate will be offered a market-compatible package (negotiable based on qualifications and experience) for external candidates. Internal candidates will receive their existing pay and allowances along with a special allowance as per the Board of Directors’ directions. The contract duration will be three years, subject to mutual consent.
