Qualification/Experience:
Minimum. qualification MS/MPhil in Computer Science/IT/ Telecommunication/Management Sciences or equivalent degree in the relevant field from HEC recognized university.

Terms of Reference of the Project Director
- The Project Director (PD) would have the overall responsibility to deliver the Gwadar Safe City Project and strategically oversee the planning design, development and implementation of an integrated solution to meet the vision of Safe City Project.
- He/she would represent the executing agency in all matters relating to the Safe City Project and work closely with consultants on behalf of the PMU. Ensure proper procedure for reviewing and responding to the progress. reports and monitor the progress.
- Prepare and submit reports in the prescribed manner and format including recommended actions for decision making.
- Work effectively and harmoniously with project stakeholders as well Project staff.
- Develop and use indicators to focus on result and progress of implementation.
- Establish and maintain custody of all project documents and prepare and submit project status and completion reports (PC-II/IV).
- Ensure timely provision of information on the PW-002 and PW-003 proformas to the project wing.
Any other task assigned, relevant to the project. - The Project Director will directly report to Science & Information. Technology Department.

- Applications along with CV, two passport size photographs, attested copies of CNIC Local/Domicile, credentials and experience certificate shall be received by Section Officer (Dev.), Science & Information Technology Department, First Floor, Block No. 14, latest by 25-05-2023 Government employees shall submit their application through their concerned Departments.
- No application shall be received after 25-05-2023.
