Bank of Punjab in Lahore is seeking an experienced Manager Operations BI and Analytics to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s business intelligence and analytics operations.

Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Running and maintaining the reporting system, presenting insights at a weekly meeting
- Building templates, dashboards in Excel or on other third-party analytics tool for management reporting
- Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of business performance
- Statistical and Analytical Models and methods for data analysis
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to schedule campaigns and activities and track performance
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
- Manage product development of web and app-based services
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of May 12, 2023.
Experience: Minimum 03 Years of Banking/Financial institution experience preferably in Digital Banking, Branchless Banking or Payment Services.
