Customer Services Officer Job Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers at the branch reception, understanding their purpose of visit, and guiding them to the relevant desk to provide efficient services.
  • Adhering to service protocols, service management programs, and monitoring service indicators to achieve the organization’s goal of ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer queries, maintaining a customer complaints log book, and following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed to their utmost satisfaction.
  • Introducing potential new accounts to the bank and providing guidance on procedures and requirements for activating dormant accounts.
  • Cross-selling consumer products offered by the bank in line with the provided target sheet.
  • Assisting in maintaining the audit rating of the branch and collaborating with stakeholders to address audit objections and observations within the specified timeframe.
