The Cloud + AI Strategy team focuses on three key areas:
- Thought leadership on major shifts in the technology industry, such as Digital Transformation and Generative AI. Our team played a crucial role in driving Microsoft’s strategy shift towards the cloud.
- Translating strategy into reality by driving product development across Azure, Artificial Intelligence, Industry Verticals, Business Applications, and SaaS. We have successfully led significant mergers and acquisitions, including the GitHub and Nuance acquisitions.
- Engaging with our top customers to help them formulate their Generative AI strategy.
As a Cloud + Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Development Manager, you will contribute to transforming not only one of the world’s largest software companies but also entire industries. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental as you work on projects, provide strategic guidance, and influence the direction of Microsoft’s Cloud + AI products.
Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or partner organizations. Alternatively, equivalent experience such as scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, or entrepreneurship.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance. Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or partner organizations. Equivalent experience in scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, or entrepreneurship will also be considered.
Compensation:
The typical base pay range for the Biz Strategy IC3 role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 – $162,200 per year. Different pay ranges apply to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, where the base pay range for this role is USD $105,300 – $176,900 per year.
