Branch Manager Jobs Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the branch’s growth targets in deposits, advances, and profit. Your responsibilities will include maximizing sales through strengthening existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will ensure the delivery of quality service coupled with efficient operational controls to minimize risks and adhere to KYC/AML regulations, SBP guidelines, and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing sales plans to deepen existing relationships and identify new opportunities for achieving multi-dimensional targets.
- Training and motivating front-end staff to enhance their technical and core competencies and lead them in line with the sales plan.
- Evaluating, recommending, and supervising credit proposals and overseeing asset-related matters.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the Service Management Program by resolving complaints and continuously reviewing and improving processes to meet service standards.
- Meeting financial targets for the branch, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue generation through effective sales strategies and revenue leakages prevention.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years of experience in branch banking.
- Currently working as a Branch Manager.
