Position: Area Manager
As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving the bank’s objectives by managing the Branch Banking Division within the Consumer Banking Group. This position presents an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities of Area Manager:
Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets: Drive the attainment of monthly CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and Total Deposit targets for the assigned area.
Business Development: Explore opportunities to expand the bank’s customer base by actively engaging high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the area. Build and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance their banking experience.
Market Penetration: Identify and tap into potential customers within the target market, effectively introducing the bank’s products and services.
Target Achievement: Collaborate with the staff at area branches, providing guidance and support to ensure the accomplishment of individual assigned targets.
Business KPIs: Meet all business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the balanced scorecard.
