- Minimum 05 years of working experience as medical practitioner

- Applicants must bring their origional as well as attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, valid PMC/PMDC registration, experience letters, CNIC, domicile and 1 x latest Passport size Photograph.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/interview, as the case may be.
- Persons serving in Govt./Public/Autonomous organizations must obtain NOC from respective department. No application will be entertained without said NOC.
- Age limit shall be counted on the date of interview, as given in advertisement.
- However, for suitable candidates, age relaxation may be considered by the Competent Authority.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the applications/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
