Responsibilities:
As the Manager HR (Employee Relations), you will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, handling grievance procedures, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. As the Manager HR, you will be involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, and organizational development initiatives.
- The Manager HR Employee Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- This includes handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace disputes.
- The Manager HR will be responsible for managing the HR function for IBA Karachi.
- This includes recruiting and hiring new employees, onboarding new employees, and managing the performance of existing employees.
