Seeking an Exceptional Leader: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
HESCO is on the lookout for an exceptional and dynamic professional to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the head of management, the CEO will be responsible for efficiently managing the company’s affairs and reporting to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, integrity, and the ability to navigate challenges in the power sector.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the CEO position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Candidates with higher qualifications in engineering, business/public administration, management, economics, or finance will receive additional consideration. The candidate must also have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the Power Sector, with 3 years in senior management positions.
Remuneration and Tenure
The selected candidate for the CEO position will be offered a market-based salary package, not less than the Pay & Allowances as admissible to MP-I Scale. The initial contract will be for a period of three (03) years, subject to annual performance evaluations conducted by the Board of Directors.
